A•B•C Business Records Center was founded in 1908 by Mr. Blackburn. At that time he named it A•B•C Fireproof Warehouse, as it was designed with the latest advancements in fire detection and suppression.
Within a few years, Mr. Blackburn expanded the company and had built three different buildings in the Midtown area to serve as Kansas City's premier secure storage provider for household goods. The company specialized in the storage of pianos with climate controlled vaults, and expensive fur coats in the environment controlled rooms.
The company expanded even more after this. They went on to become Kansas City's largest moving & storage company. In a partnership with Allied Van, they became nation wide. They were quite successful with the moving business, but decided to concentrate on the growing demand of document storage and management.
With over a century of experience, A•B•C Business Records Center is still providing excellent customer service and continuing to expand.
